Core Principles

These principles guide all daily planning decisions. AI and Tim should reference these when generating or reviewing daily plans.

Non-Negotiables

1. Daily Spirit 6 Days Per Week

Post The Daily Spirit content Monday through Saturday. Sunday is Sabbath — rest. This is the heartbeat of the Christofuturist voice.

2. Applied AI Task Every Non-Sabbath Day

At least one meaningful Applied AI Society task per day (except on Sabbath). Options include:

  • Attend an event
  • Conduct an interview
  • Write content
  • Learn NebariOS
  • Advance the Jan 29 event
  • Network/outreach

3. Sabbath Rest

Rest and worship should be allocated every week. No work guilt. This is obedience.

Decision Rules

When Time Is Limited

Priority order when you can't do everything:

  1. Daily Spirit post (non-negotiable)
  2. Applied AI Society (you're being paid, honor the commitment)
  3. Christofuture Foundation (relationship with Mikey, long-term impact)
  4. Christofuture Prep (building mode, can flex)

When Opportunities Conflict

Ask: "Which one advances the kingdom more directly?"

  • Converting kings > growing audience
  • Documented case studies > general networking
  • Deep relationships > broad visibility

When Feeling Overwhelmed

  • Do the Daily Spirit post first. It takes 15 minutes. Momentum follows.
  • Pick ONE applied AI task. Just one. Complete it.
  • Log progress. Seeing progress reduces overwhelm.

Communication Standards

Under-Promise, Over-Deliver

Never inflate metrics or make commitments you can't keep. If you say you'll do something, do it. If you can't, say so early.

Weekly Async Updates

Every week, send an update to:

  • Travis/OpenTeams (Applied AI Society)
  • Tim Dort-Golts (all projects)

No surprises. If something is off track, surface it immediately.

Preparation Over Improvisation

Before any sync call, have a clear agenda. Know what you want to accomplish. Follow through on commitments made in calls.

Health & Sustainability

Physical Health

  • Exercise most days
  • Sleep enough
  • Eat well
  • These are not optional. A broken body can't serve the mission.

Spiritual Health

  • Daily prayer
  • Scripture reading
  • The Holy Spirit is the unfair advantage. Stay connected.

Mental Health

  • Don't doom-scroll
  • Limit content consumption
  • Create more than you consume

The Meta-Principle

"The Holy Spirit is basically my co-founder."

Every decision, every day, every task: Is this what God wants me doing right now? If yes, do it with full conviction. If no, stop and recalibrate.

Obedience > Optimization.
