What God Wants You To Do & Be In The Age of AI

I've deepened in my faith over the past few months, and just wanted to share some of the things that have become clear to me through months of prayer, counsel, and life experience that forced me to reflect on what matters.

God has placed you on this earth for a purpose. He has designed you with the capacity to serve Him or to serve another master, but you cannot serve both. You cannot serve the master of money or worldly power while also serving the divine orchestrator first and foremost. The only judge besides Him is yourself. God knows when you are earnestly seeking Him, and He knows when you are using His name in vain. Using His name in vain isn't about saying "goddamn" - it's about faking your faith, using Christian identity as a tool for gaining power. Have a direct relationship with God internally, but don't use faith as a vehicle for worldly advancement. God has given you specific gifts - whether the ability to, say, solve complex engineering problems, invent new medicines, illuminate difficult concepts, or create inspiring gatherings. Each of these gifts can be used for good or for evil. Remember that evil often masquerades as good, always with logical justification. Your gifts, coordinated with other faithful people on their walk, can generate tremendous goodness and human flourishing. Or you can use them to feed addictions and grow wealth at humanity's expense. Be honest about which you're actually doing. Be careful about convincing yourself you're on the side of light when you're channeling Lucifer. The mind is the devil's playground, and even the smartest people convince themselves they're righteous while building towers of Babel. The way to discern what you must do is through prayer. Prayer can happen on a walk, in private space, through conversation with friends, in fellowship circles, or in congregations. You should know when you're actually faithfully praying - when you're tuning your Godlink to the right frequency, receiving messages from Him in direct communication. The right thing to do at any moment will be obvious if you tune into this frequency through continual prayer, constantly discerning what God wants you to do, say, and who He wants you to surround yourself with. Even as AIs and robots can do much of our work, it's never been more important for humans who channel God's wisdom (and all of us who submit to Him can) to discern what that work must be, to set goals and envision futures that reflect God's will, not our own. God works on God's timing. When you try to make things happen that aren't reflective of God's will and timing, you'll be like Sisyphus rolling a boulder up an endless hill. When you're in alignment with God's timing and will, it's like being at the top of a hill with the boulder balanced there - all you need is a gentle push. God will test your faith through seasons of long suffering. If you've experienced significant hardship while remaining obedient to Him, this is completely normal and part of His divine plan. Long suffering isn't a sign you're doing something wrong - it's often evidence you're being refined for greater purpose. When you're in God flow, progress feels almost effortless. When everything feels stressful, when you're in a hamster wheel of frustration, you've misunderstood the nature of your being and reality. You must reassess and submit to what God wants you to do. Your personal desires for plans and certainty will be foiled by dynamic reality where people worldwide enact their free will. You must be adaptive, in flow, building teams and collectives that can stay in God flow. Without this, you'll face constant disappointment and frustration while making no divine progress. Nothing about the future is predestined except that God will win in the end. We're on a beautiful journey where we help shape the timeline. Many of us can be main characters - both insignificant as nodes in God's divine neural network, yet significant because the fruits of our free will cascade across all nodes constantly. Stay in flow, stay in the frequency of love, stay in submission to our Lord, and you'll be more than okay.
