Letter to Apostle Delmar Coward Jr.

Nation of Fire Partnership Vision & Alignment

Date: October 14, 2025

To: Apostle Delmar Coward Jr.

Dear Apostle,

Thank you for organizing the quick call with T this morning. It's smart to get alignment on structures for the book and beyond, especially as we move forward with the "Way of Fire" project.

I wanted to share some thoughts that Brenda and I were going to bring up to you soon, and it seems like now is the perfect time.

Brenda and I have had an intention of leveraging the tool of business to really make amazing things happen in Liberty County and beyond with you. We've been exploring the idea of establishing some kind of holding company with you called Nation of Fire that would encompass books, documentaries, technology, real estate, schools - basically everything needed to establish a fire-safe haven for God in Liberty County and beyond, all developed over time as the Lord leads.

In terms of the first intellectual property of Nation of Fire, I think the "Way of Fire" book would be a perfect foundation to house under this organization. For the book specifically, housing it under the Nation of Fire umbrella makes sense because it would serve as required reading for anyone seeking to understand and gain “citizenship” (symbolically speaking) in the Nation of Fire. There are so many counter-cultural, kingdom living principles - walking with fire, the way of fire - that aren't really taught elsewhere, and this book would be foundational to that understanding.

Regarding royalties, we could structure it so that the co-authors (Gary and Apostle) receive the vast majority of the royalties, and that the entity receives a small percentage. This ensures fair compensation while setting a precedent for intellectual property of Nation of Fire building the organizational foundation for everything else we envision.

Before we get into specifics like which state to incorporate in and other operational details, Brenda and I wanted to get your thoughts on this general framework and approach. I'm glad we're having this conversation now because I think it reflects that we all see real value in what God wants to do through us and in Liberty county.

We welcome any comments or questions you might have, and would love to get on a call to discuss this further.

Our thinking is that once the three of us are aligned on what makes sense for next steps, then we can loop in whoever helps you on the business side (T and whoever else) to work through the practical implementation.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and moving forward together in whatever way the Lord directs.

Blessings,

Gary & Brenda
