Hi Joe,

I know you’ve been busy onboarding 100 Gauntlet grads. Grateful to you and the team for working so hard to make our transition smooth.

Since our conversation last Thursday, I’ve made significant progress on the event we discussed. I’ve developed a high-level strategy for the America 2.0 Summit—name, purpose, and how it flows into 12 months of follow-up activities—plus a detailed list of potential invitees with an outreach strategy.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the design document by Monday if possible—especially your take on the concept and any areas to refine or expand. I’ll be back in Austin on Monday, so I’d be happy to meet in person that day—co-ideating will be much more efficient face-to-face.

The plan includes some world-class collaborators I’d like to bring onboard to ensure this is a massive success, but we should align on the idea first.

On that note, I'll need guidance on the appropriate Trilogy contact to help with securing contracts with them. I understand that Arthur may be the general contact person to coordinate with to channel Trilogy resources for projects like this. I was glad to have had the opportunity to connect with him earlier this week, before our in-person meeting on Thursday.
