Executive Summary
The New Level Summit represents our strategy to identify, elevate, and network America's most promising young hyperagents (ages 14-19). Through a nationwide competition launched July 4th, 2025, we will select 13 exceptional youth (representing the 13 original colonies) who demonstrate extraordinary creative potential and self-agency in their chosen domains.
The competition will filter for youth with the proven ability to create positive impact as force multipliers on the world when given freedom to pursue self-directed projects. Winners receive a comprehensive prize package including: full tuition, room and board at either Alpha High School or University of Austin (UATX) depending on age; a four-year unrestricted grant for their projects; unparalleled mentorship from world-class leaders in their fields (e.g., Rory McIlroy for golf, Kendrick Lamar for music, Ralph Lauren for fashion); along with becoming founding members of the exclusive "New Level Society."
The summit will bring together approximately 200 meticulously selected high-agency youth, including the 13 competition winners as guests of honor. The event will feature extensive networking opportunities, a podcast hub producing hundreds of episodes across various shows, and numerous engaging side events.
Following the summit, a week-long immersive "Next Level Village" experience will take place during UT Austin's fall break at Zach Levi's Wyldwood Ranch, furthering connections and collaboration among selected participants.
This initiative directly feeds into the larger America 2.0 ecosystem, with the New Level Society members playing critical roles in developing the 50-year vision to be presented at the subsequent America 2.0 Summit (July 4th, 2026) and the affiliated GODWAVE Festival later that year.

The New Level Summit operates on a fundamental belief: America's future depends on identifying and empowering exceptional youth with the highest creative and entrepreneurial potential. The New Level Society, formed at the summit's conclusion, reimagines the concept of elite networks for the modern era—a "high-tech reincarnation of the Freemasons" built around genuine hyperagency and creative potential rather than legacy status.
