Great to connect, and thanks for offering to help. Stef is right, your insights as Head of Engagement would be invaluable.

Event Context: "Alphas Activate" - June 14, 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM @ Alpha School Austin

This is an invite-only summit for ~100+ influential leaders primarily from the greater Austin area, but also including individuals with broader Texan, national, and even international reach (e.g., connections to education leaders in China, South Korea, Japan).

The audience comprises "force multipliers" – founders, organizational leaders, church leaders, political figures, journalists, and current Alpha parents (who are encouraged to invite 1-2 influential family friends). The unifying theme is their capacity to significantly impact their respective ecosystems.

My role is to produce these events, building on a well-received one in late April. This event is a template for mobilizing local influencers to build community around the future of education and advance Alpha's mission.

Core CTA & Aims:

The primary call to action is for attendees to become "Alpha Activators" – active, committed participants in shaping the future of education in partnership with Alpha Schools. We'll use "Alpha Activator Commitment Cards" for specific pledges, which could include:

  • Exploring enrollment in local Alpha Schools.
  • Political leaders advancing school choice initiatives.
  • Journalists spreading the word through their publications.
  • Exploring international partnerships for new schools abroad.

Essentially, we want attendees to leave significantly more excited and committed to dedicating their time, talent, and resources to Alpha's vision for an educational renaissance.

Specifics of What I Need for Success:

Your "Why Alpha" talk would be a cornerstone. We need to clearly articulate Alpha's unique value proposition and inspire these leaders to join our movement.
