The Christofuture Foundation: Strategic Vision

Date: December 21, 2025

Author: Gary Sheng

Executive Summary

The Christofuture Foundation exists to ‘take back the ground’ for Christ – in cultural, physical, digital spaces and beyond – by creating centers of gravity for the most capable and ambitious Christian men in the world. We scout, fund, connect, and support Christian "hyperagents" answering God's calling to transform culture, build enterprises, and do whatever it takes to reclaim God’s territory.

NOTE: I get the word hyperagent from Daniel Schmachtenberger. He defines a "Hyper Agent" as a human individual or entity that wields disproportionate or outsized influence over global systems, society, and the trajectory of civilization, often leveraging immense energy, information, and technological power to shape outcomes, essentially acting as a focal point for agency in complex global dynamics.

The Problem of the Age

As of today, Christianity is losing the war — the war for humanity's soul. Our culture, our physical and digital spaces, our philosophical and academic discourse, these determine who people listen to, what choices they make, how they think and act, and where they derive meaning in the world. And since the mid-19th century, Christians have progressively ceded territory:

  • Intellectual discourse became increasingly separated from the divine
  • Universities we founded became secular strongholds
  • Media became hostile to faith
  • Our education curricula were and are being designed by anti-Christian forces
  • The Church’s institutional bureaucracy and rapture-focused theology encouraged passivity: "Just save yourself. The world is fallen."

Meanwhile, the enemy operates with tactical superiority:

  • Lobbyists and influencers working state by state
  • Binary win metrics: elections, CEOs, policies, dollars
  • Coordinated distribution through every public school
  • Billions deployed to fund cultural transformation (through initiatives like the OSF and others)

But worst of all, The church still doesn't understand it's fighting an enemy.

We've completely left the game, abdicated the field.

The Christofuture Vision: 10-Year Horizon

The peak of Woke culture is gone. Christianity doesn't need defense anymore—it needs offense. Not through force, but through strategic, compounding influence deployed at scale. We must build infrastructure that enables a child born to Christian parents to inherit a world designed for their flourishing: schools that form them, communities that hold them, enterprises that employ them, and culture that elevates their values. The alternative is what we have now—and we've seen its fruit.

For the vision to come true, it is imperative that Christianity is associated with progress, with technology, with the future, while staying true to its values. Christofuturism is a way of seeing the Christian faith is timeless and true, not archaic and hostile to progress.

Here is what the Christofuturist future looks like in practice:

Thousands of Church Schools

Tech-forward, faith-rooted education spreading nationwide. Parents and teachers operating as entrepreneurs—students formed to become the same. Children contributing meaningfully to their churches and communities from a young age: running media, managing systems, tending gardens. Formation becomes participative, not just instructional. Schools as base and training ground for the spiritual war—activation centers that identify and mobilize families who are serious about taking back ground for Christ.

A Rise of Church-Centric Communities (read more)

Co-owned real estate appreciating through coordinated Christian presence. High-quality, affordable housing where young families can actually afford to have children. Physical infrastructure that makes the kingdom lifestyle economically viable and socially reinforced—not a sacrifice, but an advantage.

Multiple Unicorns Born Through Our Ecosystem

Christian founders building world-changing companies without compromising conviction. Profitable enterprises that recycle capital back into advancing the Christofuture. Successful Christians as living proof that righteousness and excellence are not opposed—they compound.

Officials at Highest Levels Aligned with Our Network

Policy influence through relationships, not just lobbying. Strategic positioning across government, business, and media. Our foundation converts kings—spreading the Gospel the way it has historically spread most effectively.

Christianity Becomes the Zeitgeist Again

Christian ideas don't just circulate within the "Christian genre"—they permeate mainstream culture. Films, podcasts, music, and media normalize what was marginalized: large families, sacrificial fatherhood, transcendent purpose, moral clarity. The question shifts from "why would you believe?" to "how could you not?"

Result: More Deal Flow Than We Can Handle

  • Endless pipeline of ambitious, capable Christians
  • God-given potential activated at scale
  • Global network of kingdom entrepreneurs, large-platform influencers, and policy-makers

The Movement Model

Three Pillars

1. The Foundation (Nonprofit)

The scouting and funding arm. We identify the most capable Christians on the planet—founders, operators, builders with world-class talent and uncompromising conviction—and back them before anyone else sees them.

  • Christofuture Fellowships: $250,000+ grants to Christian men answering God's calling to build platforms, enterprises, and movements
  • Identify and create infrastructure for Christian builders to thrive

2. The Media Empire (Top of Funnel)

The amplification arm. We become the default voice for ambitious Christians—morning exhortation, tactical wisdom, cultural commentary. What Andreessen Horowitz built for tech founders, we build for kingdom builders.

Why Owned Media is Non-Negotiable: Every serious movement needs media it owns and controls. Media that advances our initiatives. Media that gives our allies something to listen to every day. Media that increases their capacity, markets our products, and builds deeper devotion to the movement and the spiritual war we're waging. Without owned media, you're at the mercy of algorithms and platforms that don't share your mission.

  • "The Daily Spirit" Network: It begins as daily exhortations from a fellow brother in Christ—simple, personal, highly shareable. Over time, it evolves into a full media network: podcasts, interviews, cultural commentary, tactical content for builders. Think Daily Wire, but with actual soul and for kingdom entrepreneurs.
  • Filling the vacuum: There is shockingly little quality media for ambitious Christians. We fill that gap and own the category.

Activation TV: A New Genre of Movement Media

There's massive room for innovation here. One concept we're pioneering: Activation TV. Take the brisk pacing of reality TV, but use it for movement building. Viewers get dropped into POV views of the Christofuturism movement as it's being built in real-time. But unlike passive entertainment, Activation TV is participatory. Viewers are constantly invited to contribute: money, shares, engagement, prayer, skills, connections. It's not "watch us build something cool." It's "join us in building something eternal."

This is movement media for the smartphone age. Short-form, high-energy, constantly updated, always with a clear call to action.

3. The Venture Arm (Future)

The compounding engine. LP-funded venture capital backing kingdom enterprises.

  • First-mover access: Every deal flows through our ecosystem before it hits the market
  • Perpetual funding: Returns recycle into the foundation, the community, and the next cohort of fellows

What Makes This Different

From Soros/Left-wing Infrastructure:

  • They pump money into problems (or create them)
  • We build self-sustaining financial engines
  • Once rails are built, system perpetuates without billionaire dependency

From Traditional Nonprofits:

  • Everybody talks about how great it will be, nothing f****** happens
  • We demand accountability: tangible deliverables, timelines, metrics
  • Profitable where possible, funded where necessary

From Secular Incubators:

  • Y Combinator for Christians, but with spiritual requirements
  • Members must be willing to die for the cause
  • Billy Graham-level integrity systems (he had bodyguards to prevent compromise)
  • If you mess up: "Good luck working in the secular world"

From Government Dependency:

  • Christofuture Prep captures government money through market mechanisms (ESA/vouchers), not grants
  • Self-sustaining tuition model means freedom to operate on kingdom principles
  • The Palantir lesson: build critical infrastructure while the window is open

The Christofuture Fellowship

Modeled on Thiel Fellowship but for kingdom builders. Men only, 33 or younger (the Jesus year).

  • $250,000 grants to Christian men answering God's calling (strategically more than Thiel Fellowship)
  • Age requirement: 33 or younger (Thiel is 22 or younger; we extend to the Jesus year)
  • Selection criteria: Devotion to Christ, capability, complementary expertise
  • Accountability: Regular check-ins, milestone requirements, integrity standards
  • Network effects: Fellows support each other across domains

Ideal Fellow Archetypes

  • Real Estate Entrepreneur: Ready to give it all to God, could make 100x serving kingdom
  • Education Firebrand: Building the microschool movement, charismatic, outspoken
  • Tech Founder: Creating Christian-aligned software, apps, platforms
  • Policy Operator: Strategic positioning in government and regulation
  • Media Builder: Scaling Christian content to millions
  • Journalist: Uncovering truth with skin in the game (Isaiah in Lebanon model)

Complementary Portfolio

Niche down individually, support each other collectively, e.g.:

  • Policy person helps education person in specific state
  • Tech person builds infrastructure for media person
  • Real estate person creates physical hubs for community

Christofuture Prep: Foundation’s First Project

As the founding fellow, Gary's primary Year One OKR is successfully launching Christofuture Prep—the flagship Christian school that proves the model and sets the standard for the movement.

Why Education is the Main Battleground

It's simple: schools are prompt engineering for a civilization. They're where kids inherit the skills, mindset, and moral architecture that shape society a generation later. Control the formation, control the future.

History proves this. Every major religious movement that achieved multi-generational sustainability did so by integrating churches with schools. Methodist circuit riders planted Sunday schools alongside every church and became America's largest denomination by 1820. Seventh-day Adventists built the largest Protestant education system globally (7,500 schools, 1.5 million students). Pentecostals channeled Holy Spirit emphasis into institutional sustainability through universities and seminaries. The pattern is consistent: movements that weave worship and education together achieve superior growth, retention, and cultural influence. Those that don't fade within a generation or two.

Current public education is—in the words of teachers who want out—"hell." You can't talk about God, but you can talk about changing your gender. Kids are educated on TikTok. Teenagers can't read. The system was designed for factory workers a century ago, not modern formation.

The Christian goal of education is to prepare souls for heaven and form them to lead in God's kingdom. This cannot be secularized—the very premise of heaven is antithetical to the secular worldview. If you ban Christian language, you lose Christian design. Which is why we focus exclusively on Christian schools.

The Government Money Moment

This is our Palantir play. Just as Palantir seized on post-9/11 government tech spending to build critical infrastructure, Christofuture Prep seizes on the school choice movement. Texas alone is launching TEFA (Texas Education Freedom Act) vouchers in 2026—$10,000 per student flowing into private education. Other states are following.

  • Billions in government subsidies are about to flood alternative education
  • Demand is coming. Supply isn't ready.
  • First movers in each area capture the market

Schools as Base and Training Ground for the Spiritual War

It's not just because we love kids that we do education. It's the best way to build a body of Christ that we know is down to go to war with the status quo satanic systems.

Right now, where do you find people who are spiritual warriors? You honestly have to get lucky. But consider:

  • If a parent sends their kid to a Christofuture Prep pod → That's a sign they are aware of the spiritual war
  • If a CEO offers an internship to a Christofuture Prep student → That's a sign they are aware of the spiritual war
  • If a church signs on as a partner → They're serious about going to war
  • If an adult offers mentorship or apprenticeship → They get mobilized

Schools aren't just formation centers, they're activation centers. They surface the ones serious about the war. They build parent networks that are about it. They become forward operating bases for the kingdom.

Prep for what? Prep for heaven, and war on earth.

The Model

  • Distributed campus from day one: Multiple church pods across San Antonio, each led by a beloved elder/member vetted by Ida
  • Platform: Prenda (school OS powering 200+ microschools nationwide, TEFA vendor access critical for Texas vouchers)
  • Leadership: Ida Villavicencio as Principal/Superintendent—30+ years transforming at-risk youth, Masters in Educational Leadership & School Counseling, missionary since age 14
  • Curriculum: Software-powered core academics + Ida's 30-year TEKS-aligned, faith-integrated curriculum
  • Guide Philosophy: Each pod guide (a human in charge of the pod) must be able to recruit 10+ families with one church speech—community trust is the filter, not credentials
  • Shared Infrastructure: This is more like a church network than a traditional school system—subsidiarity with shared curriculum, tech, and specialists (Spanish tutors, Applied AI workshops) serving across all campuses

The Ask & The Plan

Phase 0: 2025 - Inventing the Meme

2025 was about Gary inventing "Christofuturism" as a meme—and validating that people who matter resonate with it. The vision has been tested with founders, pastors, educators, and cultural leaders. The response has been consistent: the ideas resonate and this is a movement worth building.

Now it's time to build it.

Phase 1: Year One - Gary as Founding Christofuture Fellow ($250,000)

Gary is Fellow #1. All threads run concurrently - this is how Gary becomes the hub for ambitious Christians and future Christians.

Q1: Full Activation

  • Secure founding fellowship, formalize foundation structure
  • Launch The Daily Spirit as default morning content for ambitious Christians
  • Recruit 1-5 San Antonio churches with beloved elders who can each recruit a pod of 10+ families
  • Vet pod guides under Ida's supervision
  • Host Applied AI hackathons to become hub for engineers in Austin
  • Begin identifying and scouting future fellows

Q2: Building Momentum

  • Document distributed church pod playbook for replication
  • Major hackathon event
  • Develop operational frameworks and fellowship structure

Q4: Proving the Flywheel

  • Document early wins across all threads
  • Attract additional funders
  • Plan Year 2 expansion
  • Prove the model: media → community → funding → enterprises

Phase 2: Activate New Christofuture Fellows (Year 2 + 3)

  • $1M+ for 3-4 additional fellows at $250k each
  • Complementary archetypes (real estate, policy, media, tech)

Phase 3: Venture Formation (Year 4+)

  • LP commitments for kingdom venture fund
  • First-mover access to all ecosystem deal flow
  • Returns compound into perpetual foundation funding
  • Activate more Christofuture Fellows

Why Gary

Gary occupies a unique position: he is both building the infrastructure and serving as the first recipient of what he's building. Think of Gary as the Charlie Kirk of Christofuturism—transpartisan, transdenominational, strategically positioned to be the fabric, the bridge, the glue between the most high-agency Christians and institutions in the country and eventually the world.

We live in an age where leaders with significant investment in their personal brand rapidly grow the institutions attached to them. This is only becoming more true. What Charlie Kirk was to Turning Point USA, Gary is to Christofuturism. Investment in Gary's personal brand isn't vanity—it's strategic infrastructure for movement growth.

Why Gary Should Lead This

Gary is an example of the ideal founding Christofuture fellow:

  • An ambitious Christian who leads with his faith openly
  • Technical and spiritual credibility (baptized and ministry-oriented; 10+ years in tech)
  • Network that spans technology, education, policy, and media
  • God-given gifts of movement building
  • Strong mentors to help him grow in areas where he is inexperienced

What Gary Does with the Fellowship

  • Scouting Potential Fellows: Finding the next cohort of kingdom builders before anyone else sees them
  • Laying the Foundation for Owned Media: Building the media infrastructure that force-multiplies everything else we do
  • Christofuture Prep: Working on the flagship school project, which grounds everything in reality and gives us something tangible to rally around

Why Gary's Heavy Involvement in the School Matters

Christofuture Prep requires Gary's direct involvement to ensure quality. This isn't a franchise model where we spray and pray. The first school must be excellent—it becomes the proof point, the case study, the template. Get it right, and it replicates. Get it wrong, and the movement stalls.

How Gary Creates Digital and Physical Centers of Gravity

The school Gary creates is a physical center of gravity—a place where families, churches, and communities converge around the Christofuture vision. The media he creates a digital center of gravity—a daily touchpoint that keeps the movement top-of-mind and constantly growing. Both are essential. Both reinforce each other.

Why Now

Moment of Maximum Leverage:

  • School choice expanding rapidly (Texas TEFA, Trump policies)
  • AI creating unprecedented disruption
  • Cultural pendulum swinging toward tradition + Christianity
  • Young Christians hungry for community and purpose

The Evil Shows This Works:

  • Soros-style infrastructure transformed culture in 30 years
  • The fruit is plentiful: suicide rates, family collapse, widespread degeneracy
  • Same model, inverted purpose: take back territory for Christ

The Christofuture

We are not building a nonprofit. We are not building a business. We are building the future.

A future where:

  • Being a Christian kid is way better than being an atheist kid
  • Ambitious believers have infrastructure to activate their calling
  • The kingdom expands through excellence, not retreat
  • Christ is glorified through human flourishing

This future depends on ambitious, bold Christian men willing to die for the Kingdom.

We find them. We fund them. We unleash them.

Without intervention, the trajectory is clear: deeper into hell on earth. Rising suicide, collapsing families, children lost to screens and despair. Christofuturism is a bet in the other direction—that God's people, equipped and unleashed, can reclaim territory and build heaven on earth.

Let's make this movement a reality.
