QUESTION: Please share some links to blog posts, tutorials or docs you've written.

I have a blog where I've written extensively about technology, including a foundational tech manifesto that explores how emerging technologies can transform society: https://substack.garysheng.com/p/manifesto

Here's an example of documentation I wrote for Airchat, Naval Ravikant's voice-first social network: https://garysbrain.notion.site/Getting-started-with-the-new-Airchat-a-living-guide-April-2024-844cd99c2f9749738ca096dcd37c83dc?source=copy_link

I'm also passionate about creating GitHub repositories for managing truth and knowledge. Here's a repo where I document my thinking about truth management systems: https://github.com/garysheng/truth-management/blob/main/why-truth-management-matters.md

I systematically document my faith journey on GitHub with a wrapped UI format: https://www.garysheng.com/faithwalk?file=README.md

QUESTION: Tell us about a project or event that you are proud of.

In 2024, I organized a seven-day developer event alongside the largest Ethereum conference in the U.S., ETHDenver. Over the span of a week, we attracted more than 3,000 attendees - including founders and engineers from top crypto, AI, and biotech startups. The event ended up being so popular that it drew more attention than many of the main conference talks.

Our post-event survey showed an average satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5, with most attendees giving it a perfect score. I designed the programming, recruited speakers, and built the developer buzz myself - using content, word of mouth, and on-the-ground energy to make it happen. I love bringing developers together, and because I'm a developer myself, I naturally speak their language.

What makes me particularly proud of this project is that it demonstrated my ability to build genuine excitement around technology and create spaces where developers actually want to show up. This is exactly the kind of community-building power I'd bring to ElevenLabs.
