  • Tech: Powered by adaptive learning technology (TimeBack mentioned as the chief system we use,but we're not making it the headline to limit brand risk in this experimental phase)
  • Dec 14: Free 3-hour assessment event (substantial value - parents get real data on where their kid stands; it's free because once they see the gap, they'll take immediate action)
  • Monthly assessment days: Predictable, repeatable lead generation funnel - assessment events 1-2x/month
  • Paid program: Starting at $800/month (1x/week), scaling to ~$2k/month (3x/week) as parents see progress and want to accelerate
  • Target market: Austin parents already budgeting for tutoring, who know their kid is behind (but maybe not sure how behind)

Simple question: Can I proceed with this improved framing for Dec 14?
