On timing/measurements: We'll establish clear KPIs working directly with you, but we first need the current benchmarks (e.g., the 8:1 info session to acceptance ratio you mentioned) from Amelia, Dmitry, and whoever else has context on the funnel numbers. Getting those ASAP. We'll then track and report bi-weekly and monthly on: number of corporate campus partnerships secured, number of parent influencers engaged, deposit commitments made, and full-tuition commitments for immediate enrollment opportunities. This continuous measurement will provide real-time indicators of campaign effectiveness and trajectory toward the 1,000 student goal.
We aim to host our first corporate campus event by the end of May and will report back immediately with results and planned iterations. This rapid execution-analysis-iteration cycle will be critical to optimizing our approach quickly. I want to take a few days to budget for how much this first event will cost but it could be anywhere from ~$70-100k.
On investment: We need immediate approval for a $180K budget (including both of our monthly salaries) for the next 30 days (not including the cost of the first event) to capitalize on the Trump Executive Order opportunity and start the planning process for the parent summer engagement campaign. This is urgent as we have a limited window to act. We'll request additional budget based on our detailed plans; with the first plan being the parent engagement strategy coming to you for review next Friday (May 16th).
Our vision targets 1,000 full-pay Alpha students in Central Texas by Fall 2027, with 10,000+ additional students nationwide (primarily full-pay with strategic partial scholarships in key markets, ideally funded in part or in full by government grants yielded by policies we helped write). Our immediate milestone is launching three pilot corporate campus-based microschools by Fall 2025, each with 10-20 students, as proof points for our expansion strategy.
