Events for Mission-Driven Founders

Date: November 19, 2025

Who We Serve

We work with soulful founders building companies that actually matter. Not just another SaaS product or crypto protocol, but people trying to genuinely help humanity. Leaders who are unapologetic about their values and vision. Companies doing things differently because the old way isn't working.

If your company exists primarily to maximize shareholder value, we're not the right fit. If you're building something because you believe it needs to exist in the world, let's talk.

What We Do

We serve as your fractional head of events. Mission-driven companies need world-class events to build community, establish thought leadership, engage investors, and launch products. But hiring a full-time head of events is expensive, and most agencies treat events like logistics puzzles instead of human experiences.

We become an extension of your team, bringing strategic guidance and high-touch execution without full-time overhead. We create experiences that match the ambition of your mission, whether that's a multi-day summit, an intimate investor dinner, or a product launch that generates genuine FOMO.

The Team

Brooke Joy

Brooke is an immersive experience wizard with a track record across fashion, tech, and community spaces. She led events for Victoria's Secret, directed experiential marketing programs, and built the events function at Hampton, one of Austin's most exclusive business communities.

What drives Brooke isn't logistics—it's working with founders who have real missions. She's drawn to "the humans behind the project" and leaders "wanting to really help humanity in some capacity." That's why she's selective about who she works with. She knows the difference between a company trying to grow and a company trying to matter.

Gary Sheng

Gary brings deep tech ecosystem knowledge and growth strategy expertise. He co-organized ZuConnect (500+ participants, sold out at $799 for two weeks), ran Edge City Denver (turned a profit with $25k in ticket sales while competitors gave away free tickets), and orchestrated the Unrestricted Intelligence Summit at SXSW in under two weeks.

Gary's background spans crypto, AI, governance, and faith-tech convergence. He's built events at the intersection of technology and human flourishing, from popup cities exploring new forms of community to summits addressing AI development for humanity's benefit. He understands founders building at the edges of what's possible.

What We Believe About Events

These are hard-earned truths from years of creating experiences that actually work:

Most events get the logistics right but miss the feeling. Everything can run smoothly—A/V dialed, food on time, a full room—but if people leave without feeling connected or inspired, the experience won't create lasting impact. Great events are designed around how people should feel from the moment they arrive, not just how the schedule runs.

The best marketing is a room full of people who wish they were invited. We've sold out $799 two-week experiences and turned a profit charging $269/week while competitors gave away free tickets. The secret isn't celebrity speakers or massive marketing budgets. It's creating genuine FOMO through authentic community and high standards. When the experience is exceptional, people do your marketing for you.

Events aren't tactics—they're proof. Online you can say anything; in person people feel who you actually are. This matters especially for mission-driven founders. Your event reveals whether your company's values are real or performative. Investors feel it. Customers feel it. Future hires feel it.

Mission-driven founders need mission-worthy events. If you're trying to genuinely help humanity, your events should reflect that ambition. Not another generic conference or networking happy hour. Something that makes people leave thinking differently about what's possible.

We move at founder speed. We understand the urgency of building something that matters. Fast timelines, remote teams, do-ocracy over bureaucracy. We speak your language and match your intensity.

Engagement Model

We work as your fractional head of events. Think of us as an extension of your team, not a vendor.

How we start: We begin with an initial pilot event. This lets us understand your company, your culture, and your goals. It lets you see how we work and what results we deliver.

What comes next: After the pilot, we decide together what an ongoing partnership looks like. Maybe you need us for quarterly events. Maybe you're building a year-long community program. Maybe you're gearing up for a major product launch and need intensive support for six months.

Our approach: We plan for long-term partnerships, not one-off projects. The best events come from understanding your business deeply, knowing your community intimately, and building momentum over time.

Pilots start at $15k depending on scope.
