Following our recent conversation about the successful event and the creation of Alpha Scale, we have prepared the initial charter and 30-day plan focused on delivering immediate value before committing to larger and longer term goals.

Ideally, Ron can be onboarded by Monday so we can review the Alpha Schools org chart together.
